Ptolemy Mann is renown colour field artist and designer. Known primarily as an artist, Ptolemy also has a passion for design, through her ikat rug collaboration and various textile based, design and colour consultancy projects.
The challenge was to communicate Ptolemy’s passion for colour in an understated and sophisticated way. This was expressed through a an elegant and bespoke logotype, using a series of colours for each letterform to express movement and changing colour. The visual identity is simple and pared back to always allow her work to take centre stage.
